Education & Change Management for Organizations

Our AI literacy programs help your staff and members understand AI clearly and use it responsibly in their day-to-day work.

Your staff and members are hearing about AI everywhere.

They know it’s going to shape their work, but between busy schedules, changing regulations, and constant demands, they don’t have time to figure out what’s hype and what’s actually useful.

As an organization, you’re expected to lead the way:

Helping staff & members keep their skills current

Protecting professional standards and public trust

AI is now part of that responsibility.

We are here to help you deliver it in a way that’s clear, ethical, and grounded in real work.

Lighthouse AI

Lighthouse AI is a consulting and education practice dedicated to helping organizations adopt AI ethically & thoughtfully with a focus on people, not just tools.

I’m Ece (Aj) Boz Fulton, a Vancouver-based Certified AI Consultant, with a background that bridges regulated industries, operations, IT, marketing, and change management.

Across these roles, I’ve been deeply involved in change management and education, introducing new tools, developing training and onboarding materials, and translating abstract concepts into simple, clear terms for real teams.

A big part of my work is creating a shared language and understanding around technology: helping leaders, managers, and front-line staff talk about the same goals, tools and concepts, so change feels structured instead of chaotic.

That’s the mindset I bring to organizations:

AI is a new way of working.

Education needs to be practical, approachable, and rooted in clarity; always keeping people and relationships at the centre of the work.

AI Literacy Programs: Workshops & Sessions

2 Day Bootcamp

Organizations often struggle with uneven AI adoption, fear and resistance, a lack of internal champions, and lots of AI talk that never turns into workflow change.

Our bootcamp creates a structured, time-bound environment where participants move from curiosity to confident practice, build a shared language, test real use cases, and see AI in action on their own work. They take ownership by designing and presenting practical solutions they can implement immediately.

AI & Ethics

We’ll examine how AI can quietly import human bias and why diverse voices and intentional design are critical to preventing harm.

We’ll unpack “garbage in, garbage out”, hallucinations, and copyright/IP concerns, including what AI training on creators’ work means for ownership, consent, and compensation.

Finally, we’ll touch on deepfakes, privacy, and job impacts, then translate it all into practical guardrails, plain-language questions, and simple checks your team can use to keep AI aligned with your organizational values.

AI Fundamentals

In this 60-minute AI Fundamentals session, we demystify what AI really is and how it works. We will go beyond “fancy autocomplete” with simple visuals and clear, non-technical language.

Your team will see live demos of practical, mostly free AI tools they can start using right away and learn a few easy prompting habits to get better, safer results in the day-to-day work.

Change Management Woven Into Every AI Literacy Program

Training alone isn’t enough.

For your team and members to become confident with AI and their everyday work, your people need time, context, and support. Our every engagement is designed with change management built in.

Melissa Critchlow

Marketing Specialist

As the only marketer on a small team, I was unsure how AI would fit into my work; it felt abstract and somewhat intimidating. Ece’s session changed that.

She made AI feel approachable and immediately relevant. I began to see how I could use it to brainstorm ideas, develop strategies, and enhance my day-to-day tasks. The session helped me realize that AI isn’t a distant concept; it’s something I can start using right now.

I left with greater confidence to explore AI tools without needing a technical background. That kind of clarity makes a significant difference when you’re wearing many hats.

Chin Chang

Founder @ ClassyNarwhal

Ece’s session offered practical tools and thoughtful demos.

The frameworks were especially useful, and the AI-powered presentation generator demo caught my attention.

I found myself applying what I learned right away.

Cheryl Craig

Office Administrator

I found Ece’s workshop very valuable. As someone new to creating a Custom GPT, I found the process practical, approachable, and easy to follow.

I learned how to set one up and left with a clear next step: refining and using the email GPT in my own work!
